Want to Cancel Your Account?
If you don't like the service we offer, we're generally able to provide a 100% refund if your guests haven't begun using the service. If your wedding date has passed, or if items are starting to be purchased by your guests, we're not able to provide a refund.
We'd really like you to keep using our service, because we find it really useful ourselves, but we understand the stresses that getting married can place on you.
If you want to go ahead and cancel your account, simply contact us requesting a cancellation and refund, and include your registry name and your e-mail address. If you could also let us know why you want to cancel, it'd help us make the service better - but you don't have to tell us. We process refunds manually, generally within a few working days.
